5.12 shows that while Salt Lake County
has the largest number of motorcyclists,
injured motorcyclists and motorcyclists
killed, it does not have the highest
rates per population. Motorcyclists
in Rich county experienced the highest
crash and injury crash rates. While
statewide, 2.8% of motorcyclists
sustained a fatal injury, in Duchesne,
Garfield and Wasatch counties 25% of
motorcyclists sustained a fatal injury.
